Leadership retains final authority. BushTV leads structured delivery and strategic alignment.

Partnership Structure
Term
Partnerships are designed as long-term engagements. A 12-month term is recommended to build consistency, trust and measurable impact.
Shorter engagements may be considered where appropriate, but communications work best when it has rhythm and continuity.
Time and Scope
Each partnership includes a defined monthly allocation of senior strategic time.
If additional filming, travel or large-scale campaign work is required, it is scoped and agreed separately. This keeps expectations clear and protects quality.
Limited Partnerships
BushTV works with a small number of organisations at any one time.
This ensures depth, access and principal-level engagement.
Leadership and Accountability
All partnerships are led by Tom Hearn, MA Documentary, Principal Consultant and Strategic Lead.
Tom provides senior-level communications strategy, documentary direction and executive advisory support across all tiers. He authors major feature stories and oversees narrative positioning to ensure cultural integrity and governance alignment.
Where needed, junior support may assist with scheduling or technical tasks. Strategic thinking, authorship and direction remain at principal level.
This model ensures consistency, accountability and professional standards across all work.
